At Warriors Weekend, we proudly honor and uplift our nation’s combat-wounded veterans, providing a safe, restorative sanctuary where they can find healing and connection. Through the calming experience of water therapy and fishing, our veterans enjoy time to relax, surrounded by a supportive team of dedicated patriots who care deeply about their well-being.

ABOUT US
Warriors Weekend XVIII ~ 2024 (October 11-13th)
For 18 incredible years, Warrior's Weekend has provided combat-wounded veterans with a rejuvenating weekend of water therapy in Port O'Connor, Texas. This unforgettable event brings together around 250 heroes, including 100 veterans flown in and 150 who travel by private vehicle, to experience the healing power of camaraderie, community, and the open waters.
The weekend kicks off with a classic South Texas welcome, as surrounding towns line the streets waving flags and honoring these brave men and women who protect our freedom.
Our Mission
Since 2007, Warrior’s Weekend, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, has been dedicated to supporting U.S. veterans, with a special focus on those wounded in the Global War on Terrorism. Our mission is to honor and uplift these brave individuals by hosting an annual fishing event each May in Port O’Connor, Texas, providing a healing experience in a supportive community. Additionally, Warrior’s Weekend provides donations to veterans and veterans-focused initiatives, ensuring lasting impact and ongoing support for those who have sacrificed for our freedom.
The Muster is more than just an event; it’s a heartfelt gathering where we come together to raise funds for our Warriors’ Fishing Trip, honor our Gold Star families, and pay tribute to our veterans. Be part of one of the largest military support events in Texas!
